Are party host spent majority of her night on TikTok and Snapchat and when she did interact with us, it was super rude and she was visibly annoyed we had a party on Monday. We asked for a refund for the zipline and rope course (since those cost extra!) since are party kids had only gotten less then 45 minutes of play before the staff decided it was time to start shutting down and clearing out.
